Obituary for James N. Grey Jr.
James “Jim” N. Grey, Jr., 72, of Bellefonte, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 1, 1951, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late J. Neil Grey, Sr., and Virginia H. (Koleno) Grey, who survives at her home.
Jimmy was a 1969 graduate of Bellefonte High School.
Also surviving are his two daughters, Erin Grey (James Miller) of Lancaster, and Kerri Friend (Richard) of Harrisburg, and two grandchildren, Tyler and Kayla. As well as a sister, Michelle Guyer, and brother, Mark Grey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 10 AM until 12 PM, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. There will be no funeral services or burial.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jim to a charity of the donor’s choice.
