Obituary for Jo Darlene Shutt
Jo Darlene Shutt, 67, of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Wednesday, 18, 2022. Born on August 29, 1954, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Doyle Packer, Sr. and Bernice L. (Grubb) Packer. On September 9, 1994, she married her beloved husband, William F. Shutt, Sr., who survives at home after sharing over 27 years of marriage together.
Jo was a graduate of Bellefonte High School. She worked as a LPN for Mount Nittany and then Centre Crest Nursing Home until her retirement.
In addition to her husband, William, she is survived by her four children, William Shutt, Jr., Jason Allen Shutt, Christopher Michael Shutt, and Kelly Ann Baranach, and her two brothers, Terry Packer, and Doyle Packer, Jr. Also surviving are her five grandchildren.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
