Obituary for Joseph "Joe" Reese Wargo Jr.
Joseph Reese Wargo, Jr., 45, of Farrandsville, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. Born on September 27, 1977, in State College, he was the son of the late Philip Confer, Sr., and Donna (Campbell) Confer, his step-father and mother, respectively.
Joe attended Bald Eagle Area High School. He worked as a laborer and a truck driver for Davidson Brothers for several years.
He is survived by his significant other of one year, Jenn White, he is survived by his two step children, Kelly Fye and Charles Cummings, both of Lock Haven, his sisters, Angela Waltz of Pleasant Gap, Heather Boudwin of Lock Haven, and a step brother, Philip Confer, Jr. of Pleasant Gap.
In his earlier years, Joe enjoyed playing baseball. He loved his job and the people that he worked for. He also enjoyed playing pool with his friends at Kelly’s Tavern.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
