Obituary for Joshua "JD" David Miller
Joshua “JD” David Miller, 40, of Bellefonte, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2023. Born on September 13, 1982, in State College, he was the son of Steven Miller and Donna (Perryman) Miller, who are both surviving at home.
JD was a 2002 graduate of Bellefonte Area High School. He received his HVAC certification from CPI. He was employed by Hartman Trucking.
In addition to his parents, Steven and Donna, JD leaves behind his children: Waylon Miller, Weston Miller, Kayla Miller, and Kolton Miller. Also surviving is a brother, Lonny Miller (Irene) of Texas, grandmother Kathryn Perryman of Pleasant Gap, a nephew, Heath Miller, and many aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by his sister, Dana Miller, paternal grandparents, Earl and Lois Miller, and maternal grandfather, John Perryman.
JD always looked forward to spending time with his family, especially his children. Sadly, JD only had a few years to enjoy with his children, but always made sure to make the most of that special time. He was a loving son, father, uncle, and friend, and he will be forever missed by all who knew him. He leaves countless memories that his children and loved ones will cherish and hold close to their hearts.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
