Judith “Gail” Horner, 78, formerly of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte, with her long-time partner of 30 years, Jack Myers, by her side. Born in Bellefonte on February 4, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Thomas Morgan and Caroline Mae Morgan.

Gail was a graduate of Bellefonte High School. She worked at Penn Tran, Inc. for twenty years until her retirement.

In addition to her partner, Jack, she is survived by two sons, Steven Grant Horner (Linda) of Reedsville, and Ronald David Horner (Shelly) of Bellefonte; one sister, Karen Rider of Centre Hall, and four grandchildren, Lacy Kuhns, Ryan Phillips, both of Reedsville, Meghan Horner, and Halie Horner, both of Bellefonte, and four great grandchildren, Grayson, Gunner, Dylan, and Landon.

Gail was an avid animal lover. She enjoyed playing BINGO and cards and getting together for picnics with her family.

Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
