Obituary for LeMoyne R. Butler
LeMoyne R. Butler, 81, of Milesburg, passed away at home on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Born on December 12, 1940, in Michigan, she was the daughter of the late James O. and Ruth E. (Dubbs) Packer. In 1957, in Howard, she married her beloved husband, Roy W. Butler, Sr., who survives at home after sharing over 65 years of marriage together.
In addition to her husband, Roy, she is survived by their five children: Roy W. Butler, Jr. (Julie), JoAnne Lyle (Mark), Cheryl Watson (Tim), Crystal Wellar, and Theodore Butler; nine grandchildren: Kyle Butler (Joseph), Nikki Butler, Brandon Shawley, Janess Jones (David), Jessica Butler (Brian), Jacqueline Eck (Chris), T.J. Watson (Shannon), Clayton Wellar, and Nicholas Wellar (Lindsay), 12 great grandchildren: Charlize Butler, Jackson Jones, Jazlyn Jones, Shylah Poling, Koy Poling (Kacandra), Jake Longo, Jasa Oneill, Madison Butler, Averee Watson, Everlee Watson, Riley Wellar, and Cole Wellar, and three great great grandchildren, Kaspin, Colton, and Aryah Poling. Also surviving is a sister, Stephanie Packer, and her children, who were more like grandchildren to LeMoyne, Arden and Lauren Packer, and numerous nieces, and one nephew.
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by one grandson, Jared Wellar, and a sister, Judy Witherite.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
