Obituary for Leonard K. McMurtrie
Leonard K. McMurtrie, 73, of Bellefonte, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. Born on November 26, 1948, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Philip and Mildred (Greene) McMurtrie.
Leonard attended Bellefonte High School. He was self employed in the lawn care business until his retirement.
He is survived by his devoted companion of 45 years, Elizabeth, and his two children, Helen Snow, and Thomas McMurtrie.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 10 A.M. – 12 P.M. at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. No funeral services will be held. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
