Pamela Joy (Neshteruk) Loftus, 63, of State College, passed away at home on Friday, August 18, 2023. Born on March 7, 1960, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. Neshteruk Sr. and Pearl (Brown) Neshteruk, who survives at her home.
Pamela was a 1978 graduate of State College High School and from Centre County Vo-Tech in drafting and design. She was also a member of the State College FFA. After graduating, she worked for HRB Singer for over 20 years until they permanently closed. She was currently working for Spectrum Control where they manufactured medical parts and devices.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her siblings, Paula Neshteruk of Bellingham, Washington, Rex Neshteruk (Randi) of Zion, and Penelope Riglin of Bellefonte.
Along with her father, she was predeceased by her brothers, Frank Neshteruk, Jr., and Timothy Joel Neshteruk, and two nephews, Daniel Flood and Randall Wilkins.
Pamela always found a way to keep herself busy – She enjoyed scrapbooking, restoring old photos, and canning with her mom, Pearl. She especially enjoyed their trips to Belleville to get vegetables to can. She would always put others first before herself, and this shined through mostly through her charitable contributions throughout the years.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
