Pat left us to be with the Lord, after battling cancer. She was born on December 17, 1944, in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late Martha Rider Corl and step-father Harold Corl. She was the grand-daughter of the late Reuben and Dorothy Rider. On August 2, 1963, she married Ray (Jerry) Dunkle, Jr. who survives in Bellefonte.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Dwayne Allen and a daughter Jennifer Rebecca Houser (Andrew), and two grandsons, Cole and Austin Houser; two sisters, Dottie McDonald (Harold) and Korena DeFurio (Tim) all of Bellefonte.

Pat was a 1962 graduate of Bellefonte High School in the business program. She was employed at Bell Telephone of PA, Centre Community Hospital in the accounting department for 25 years. She retired from The Flippen Group, College Station, TX in 2009.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, David Scott Dunkle, a sister Connie L. Corl and three brothers, Norman, Leroy, and Harold Corl, Jr.

Pat was a member of the Greater Buffalo Run Valley United Methodist Church in Benner Township.

Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
