Obituary for Patricia Ann Lose
Patricia Ann Lose, 70, of Julian, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. She was born on February 7, 1951, in Bellefonte, to the late Floyd and Ruth (Gordon) Stiver. On December 3, 1966, she married her beloved husband, Larry Lose, Sr., who preceded her in death on March 22, 2020.
Patricia enjoyed working for over 30 years as a waitress at Sunset West Restaurant in Pleasant Gap until her retirement in 2008. She was a member of Runville United Methodist Church. Patricia loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, reading, and camping with family and friends. She especially enjoyed camping at Grange Fair.
She is survived by her five children, Tricia Jean Strong, of Harrisburg, Stacy McCurdy, of Julian, Larry Lose, Jr., of Julian, Tiffani Davidson (Mark), of Bellefonte, and Ashley Guiser, of Harrisburg, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Fleck.
There will be a public viewing held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., from 9am until 10am. Funeral services will be held at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor Jenette Desmond and Pastor Doug Mellott officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Zion Cemetery, Walker Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Runville United Methodist Church, 1216 Runville Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
