Paul “Bill” W. Brown, Jr., and fondly known as “Brownie” to his friends, 91, of Bellefonte, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Susque View in Lock Haven. Paul was very proud of his time in the military – often sharing stories with family and friends about his time in the service. He treasured the time that he was able to spend with his family. As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed sharing his love for hunting and fishing with his sons and grandsons. Specifically, he helped mold Mike into an exceptional hunter and Ricky into a productive fisherman. Paul valued the traditional father role of a family and took great pride in being able to care, protect, and provide for his family for so many years.
