Obituary for Randall "Randy" D. Wilkins
Randall “Randy” D. Wilkins, 37, of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Thursday, August 10, 2023. Born on March 16, 1986, in Bellefonte, he was the son of Robert E. Wilkins and Penelope (Neshteruk) Riglin, who both survive at their homes. He was married to Brittany Reese, who also survives at her home in Bellefonte.
Randy attended school at Bellefonte Area High School. He had been working as a self-employed contractor.
In addition to his parents, Robert and Penelope, and wife, Brittany, he is survived by his daughter, Ophelia Wilkins, and his stepson, Jace Reese-Meixel, paternal and maternal grandmothers, Pearl Neshteruk and Marge Wilkins. Also surviving are his half-sisters, Danielle Wilkins-Rosensteel, and April Wilkins.
He was predeceased by a brother, Daniel J. Flood, his grandfathers, Frank W. Neshteruk, Sr. and Nevin Wilkins, and uncle, Frank W. Neshteruk, Jr.
Randy was a collector of numerous things over the years. He enjoyed figuring out how things worked by taking them apart and putting them back together. He also enjoyed making bracelets, fishing, and drawing. More than anything, he loved being a dad and spending time with his children. He leaves her with countless memories that they will forever cherish.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 PM, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. Funeral services will immediately follow with Pastor Doug Conway officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823, to assist the family with funeral expenses.
